Job Description

  • Engage with clients in a professional and approachable manner, offering guidance in selecting logistics services such as midmile, warehousing, or lst mile solutions.

  • Provide in-depth knowledge of logistics offerings, educating clients on service features, delivery timelines, cost benefits, and tracking capabilities to support informed decisions.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting logistics promotions, customized service packages, and new offerings to clients.

  • Process client transactions efficiently and accurately using logistics-specific software, ensuring a smooth sales and onboarding experience.

  • Maintain organized client records and service agreements, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

  • Assist clients with inquiries, shipment tracking, returns, or service adjustments, resolving issues in line with company policies.

  • Monitor service availability and capacity levels, collaborating with logistics managers to address constraints or high-demand periods.

  • Work closely with team members in sales and operations to ensure a cohesive approach to client satisfaction and service delivery.

  • Gather client feedback on logistics services and relay insights to management to enhance offerings and improve client experiences.

  • Participate in training sessions to stay informed on logistics trends, shipping regulations, and sales strategies.

  • Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor logistics services, and market demands to provide valuable recommendations to clients and leadership.
