Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting the marketing team with daily assigned tasks;
- Conducting promotional activities in local areas under the supervision of the supervisor;
- Building public relations;
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team;
- Supervising and guiding the sales team to achieve the target;
- Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales;
- Providing support to the team members for service promotion;
- Performing a defined number of visits to company customers/clients per working day by ensuring the delivery of agreed targets;
- Ensuring the sales team hits their sales goal;
- Ensuring each staff member provides excellent customer service and guides in any shortcomings.
