Restaurant Manager
Job Description
- Manage daily restaurant operations and team coordination.
- Ensure quality service, food standards, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate restaurant staff.
- Drive sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Control food, labor, inventory, and operating costs.
- Manage stock, purchasing, and supplier coordination.
- Handle guest complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily reports.
- Support promotions, events, and customer retention initiatives.
- Oversee restaurant maintenance, equipment, and facilities.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- 5-6 years of relevant restaurant/hospitality experience, preferably with supervisory or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, inventory, and cost control.
