Project Sales Officer

Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new project sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
  • Generate leads and convert opportunities into sales orders.
  • Conduct site visits and project follow-ups to monitor project progress and sales potential.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
  • Track project pipelines and update CRM/sales reports regularly.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract conditions with customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
  • Provide technical and product information to customers when required.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project sales, B2B sales, construction materials, building products, engineering solutions, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Good understanding of project sales cycles and tender processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Valid driving license
