Project People and Culture Manager

Job Description

  • Responsible for overseeing the overall administration of the project, ensuring effective coordination and smooth execution.
  • Implement the People & Culture strategy aligned with the brewery project’s goals and timelines.
  • Support workforce planning for greenfield/expansion setup, including manpower budgeting and organizational structuring.
  • Establish HR policies, SOPs, and employee lifecycle frameworks specific to the project phase.
  • Identify capability gaps and roll out training programs for technical, operational, and leadership development.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, manage industrial relations, and liaise with local authorities and stakeholders.
  • Promote health, safety, and well-being initiatives in collaboration with EHS teams.
  • Support smooth transition from project phase to full-scale operations and establish sustainable people practices.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee engagement, and change management.
