Project Head
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end project management for new plant setup, line expansions, machinery installation, utilities, and infrastructure development.
- Act as the primary liaison between local management and foreign JV partners for approvals, design reviews, equipment procurement, and progress reporting.
- Review and validate P&IDs, plant layouts, equipment specifications, capacity planning, and process flow designs.
- Ensure all projects comply with national regulations, environmental norms, building codes, FDI requirements, and global beverage industry standards.
- Track financial progress, manage cost control, and ensure timely reporting to the steering committee and foreign partners.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10–15+ years of experience in project management within the beverage, FMCG, or food processing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multinational partners, foreign investors.
