Production Officer
Job Description
- Execute daily and monthly production plans and achieve production targets.
- Monitor production output, efficiency, downtime, rejection, and wastage.
- Allocate manpower and supervise production workers/operators.
- Ensure production follows SOPs, quality standards, and work instructions.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase, and Planning departments.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate breakdown/maintenance activities.
- Ensure availability and proper use of raw materials and production consumables.
- Maintain workplace safety, PPE compliance, and 5S/housekeeping.
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
- Identify production problems, bottlenecks, and delays and take corrective action.
- Support Kaizen, Lean, and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient production operations.

Job Specification
- Bachelor's Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant technical or manufacturing qualifications may also be considered.
- 3-4 years of experience in production/manufacturing operations.
- Experience in supervising factory workers and production processes is preferred.
