Plant Manager
Job Description
- Manage and coordinate all plant activities including production, quality control, maintenance, safety, and logistics.
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly production planning to meet output goals and optimize production processes.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards as per regulatory guidelines.
- Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing techniques.
- Monitor plant performance and implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and ensure optimal use of resources.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
