Plant Incharge Operation 50MW
Job Description
- Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the 50 MW power plant.
- Monitor plant performance, generation output, PLF, heat rate, and auxiliary power consumption.
- Manage plant start-up, shutdown, load changes, and emergency operations.
- Lead and supervise shift operations teams, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation teams for maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Drive operational improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with HSE, environmental, and statutory regulations.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and audit documentation.
- Lead incident investigations, risk assessments, and emergency response activities.

Job Specification
- 5+ years of experience in thermal, biomass, waste-to-energy, captive, solar-hybrid, or conventional power plant operations.
- Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Proven track record working directly with operational hydroelectric plants rated at 20 MW and above.
- Experience in commissioning and startup activities.
- Experience with DCS/SCADA systems.
