Plant Head
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end plant operations, production, quality, maintenance, engineering, and EHS.
- Achieve production, delivery, capacity, OEE, productivity, and cost targets.
- Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure high standards of quality, process control, and customer compliance.
- Drive preventive maintenance, automation, and process optimization.
- Lead NPI, new product industrialization, capacity planning, and production ramp-up.
- Manage plant budgets, manpower productivity, energy, and material efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, statutory, labor, and regulatory requirements.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Strong experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple manufacturing functions.
