Our organization is seeking dynamic and results-driven OBD Manager to oversee Company’s operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth patient flow, coordinate with clinical and administrative teams, and develop strategies to expand services and partnerships.

• ​​​​​​Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve patient satisfaction
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the eye clinic, including staff management and patient services
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as partnerships with insurance providers or outreach programs
• Collaborate with eye care professionals to develop and implement clinical programs and services
• Manage budgets, finances, and resources to ensure clinic efficiency and profitability
• Implement SOPs to improve efficiency of organization.
• Conduct market research and assist in planning organization growth initiatives.

• MBA/MBS with 2 Years + of experience in operations or business development (healthcare experience preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in BBA/BBS, Healthcare Management, or related field with 5 years + of experience in operations or business development (healthcare experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and clinic management software
