Operation Manager

Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of the hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality facility.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments.
  • Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate operational staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment and maintain employee engagement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development.
  • Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
  • Resolve guest complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and managing operational expenses.
  • Control labor costs, inventory, and operational expenditures.
  • Analyze financial and operational reports to identify improvement opportunities.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.

  • Experience with hospitality management systems and reporting tools.
