Operation Manager
Job Description
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, resort, restaurant, or hospitality facility.
- Ensure smooth coordination between front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and other departments.
- Monitor service standards and guest satisfaction levels.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate operational staff.
- Foster a positive work environment and maintain employee engagement.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints and service issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist in preparing budgets and managing operational expenses.

Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or related field.
- 5–8 years of hospitality experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role.

- Experience with hospitality management systems and reporting tools.
