• Manage key modern trade accounts and retail chains.
• Maintain strong relationships with buyers and store managers.
• Ensure product availability, distribution, and visibility.
• Execute promotions, schemes, and in-store activities.
• Negotiate listings, shelf space, and promotional deals.
• Monitor stock, expiry, replenishment, and assortment.
• Coordinate with distributors, logistics, merchandising, and finance teams.
• Ensure proper merchandising and promotional execution.
• Prepare sales and account performance reports.
• Follow up on payments and outstanding receivables.
• Conduct regular market and outlet visits.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in modern trade, FMCG, consumer goods, retail sales, or key account management.
• Experience working with supermarkets, hypermarkets, departmental stores, or retail chains is preferred.
• Good negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
• Willingness to travel frequently for market and outlet visits.
