MIS Officer
Job Description
- Drive sales, profitability, and overall performance across assigned stores.
- Monitor key KPIs including Sales Growth, L2L, Gross Margin, PBHC, and cost productivity.
- Identify business gaps and implement recovery plans for underperforming stores.
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers, including succession planning.
- Collaborate with Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, HR, and IT teams.
- Ensure effective execution of promotions, commercial initiatives, and operational standards.
- Conduct regular store visits and business reviews to track performance and action plans.
- Build a culture of accountability, customer focus, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Management from a recognized institution (BBA, BBM, BBS);
- Strong mathematical, numerical, and analytical capabilities are essential.
- Candidates must have secured 80% or above in Mathematics or Mathematics-related subjects at Bachelor’s.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Business Applications, MIS, Analytics.
