Ensure that all mid-mile team member along with driver partners shift, duty hour are managed and communicated.

Ensure that all orders are sorted and packed based on their respective destination location and entry regarding the same needs to be done in the system.

Should keep track of mode of transportation used for transferring shipments.

Should timely communicate with all branches regarding shipment arrival time.

Properly record data, entry bill for VCTS creation, and ensure that all shipments movements takes place only after meeting full compliant and legal standards. 

Keeping track of all in-house vehicle movements, ensure that they are on-road equipped for intercity movements.

Keep track of all mid-mile expenses, volume and weight of all consignments shipped to and from Kathmandu Valley.

Timely escalate any issue that arise during inter-city movements, vehicle movements to immediate supervisor.

Daily update mid-mile inventory and tally mid-mile station.

Minimum academic qualification of +2 (intermediate level) in any stream.

At least 1 year of relevant work experience in logistics, operations, or a related field.
