Merchant Banking Executive
Job Description
- Assist in execution of IPOs, FPOs, rights issues, preferential allotments, QIPs, and debt offerings.
- Prepare offer documents, information memoranda, due diligence reports, and other transaction-related documentation.
- Coordinate with regulatory authorities, stock exchanges, depositories, legal advisors, auditors, and other intermediaries.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, and industry research.
- Perform financial modeling and prepare pitch books and client presentations.
- Support M&A transactions, restructuring, and corporate advisory assignments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain client relationships and provide timely transaction updates.
- Assist in business development by identifying potential clients and preparing proposals.
- Monitor transaction timelines and ensure timely completion of assignments.

Job Specification
