PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assisting with day-to-day operation of HR function and duties.
• Monitoring and ensuring employees are following company guidelines & policies.
• Planning for staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure timely selection.
• Issuing offer letter with job description, orientation and on-boarding of the newly joined employees of the organization.
• Manage and maintain contract paper, personal files and other employee information
• Maintain and update the database of employees (both hard and soft copies)
• Keeping track of the leave/ absenteeism taken.
• Coordinating with department lead & planning for staff trainings and development program
• Monitor staff performance and evaluate for the quarterly review
• Assist in payroll perparation by providing relevant data (absences, overtime, leave, etc.)
• Deal with employee request regarding human resource issues, rules and regulations.
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures from employees and departments.
• Keep documentation such as job descriptions, contract paper, offer letter, official devices, agreements, performance appraisal forms, Evaluation report, Meeting Minutes, Company policies, Review of events, other working documents from employees and other HR related documents.
• Prepare report and documentation relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluation, etc.)
• Conducting meetings, sessions & events as per requirements
• Preparing monthly, quarterly & yearly review and planning report.
• Monitoring Horizontal & Vertical communication to maintain proper workflow. 
• Providing proper reporting to the management.
