• Lead warehouse cost-optimization and lean-operation initiatives.  

• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.  

• Conduct regular Distribution Centre (DC) visits and monitor operations.  

• Analyze inventory, dispatch, stock accuracy, and OOS performance.  

• Conduct root-cause analysis of operational issues.  

• Plan and pilot process improvement projects.  

• Monitor stock movement and warehouse best practices.  

• Track project progress, KPIs, and cost-saving results.  

• Coordinate with SCM, warehouse, and cross-functional teams.  

• Train and mentor warehouse teams on improved processes. 

• Master’s Degree in MBA, Management, Supply Chain, Business Studies, or related field.  

• Strong academic performance, particularly in Mathematics and analytical subjects.  

• Consistent academic performance from SEE/SLC to Master’s.  

• 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred.  

• FMCG, logistics, warehouse, inventory, procurement, or supply chain experience preferred.  

• Relevant experience from other supply-chain-intensive industries may be considered.  

• Academic transcripts/marksheets from SEE/SLC, +2, Bachelor’s, and Master’s required. 

• Two wheelers and a valid license are a must.
