Management Trainee - HR
Job Description
- Understand the FMCG retail industry and the company’s business operations and HR requirements.
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support employee recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, overtime, and personnel records.
- Assist in employee disciplinary and grievance matters.
- Collect and address employee feedback.
- Coordinate with the CEO, HODs, and external HR consultants on HR-related matters.
- Support the development of a fully functional HR & Administration (HRA) department.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Specification
- Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
