Job Description
- Plan and supervise plantation and landscaping activities.
- Monitor plant health and garden maintenance.
- Coordinate watering, pruning, fertilization, and pest control.
- Recommend suitable plant species for site conditions.
- Support sustainability and conservation initiatives.
- Promote environmental awareness and green practices.
- Monitor environmental impact and suggest improvements.
- Assist in achieving sustainability goals and certifications.
- Maintain plantation and plant inventory records.
- Prepare reports on growth, survival rates, and maintenance.
- Conduct site inspections and identify plant health risks.
- Coordinate with contractors, landscapers, and maintenance teams.
- Support implementation of green projects and campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.

Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Environmental Science, Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Relevant certification in environmental management or horticulture is an advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in landscaping, plantation management, forestry, or environmental projects.
- Experience managing green initiatives or sustainability programs preferred.
