Junior Customer Sales Assistant
Job Description
- Ensure proper planning for management and control of inventories in co-ordination with direct assigned Field Supervisor.
- Properly receive goods from direct suppliers, company Central Warehouse or via inter outlet transfers to the store as per company standard operating procedures.
- Ensure all standard store operating procedures provided by the company are being followed.
- Learn to use KK Mart outlet sales software / credit card POS machines / digital payment systems such as Fonepay / MOCO Pay & others.
- Consistently provide and maintain the highest customer service levels possible at assigned stores.

Job Specification
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
