Jr. Service Manager
Job Description
- Assist in equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
- Attend customer service calls and resolve issues promptly.
- Support Senior Engineers during breakdowns and repairs.
- Prepare service reports and maintain equipment records.
- Conduct equipment inspections and identify faults.
- Provide basic technical support and guidance to customers.
- Coordinate with Service, Sales, and Spare Parts teams.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain service tools.

Job Specification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics.
- 2/3 years of working experience.

- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Candidate should possess valid driving license with own two wheeler.
- Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
