Investment Operation Analyst
Job Description
- Process and monitor investment trades across various asset classes.
- Ensure timely trade settlement and resolve settlement exceptions.
- Perform daily cash, position, and transaction reconciliations.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and data discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate portfolio and investment records.
- Support portfolio managers with operational and reporting activities.
- Monitor corporate actions, dividends, and interest payments.
- Prepare investment, operational, and regulatory reports.
- Analyze operational data and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support audits, risk management, and control activities.
- Participate in process automation and system enhancement initiatives.
- Document and maintain operational procedures and workflows.

Job Specification
- BBA/MBA/ CFA level-1 completed/ACCA Trainee with minimum 2 years’ experience in capital market or finance field. Freshers may also apply.
- Stock screening in coordination with research department and preparation of investment plan for Mutual Fund.
- Trade, report and communication of daily transactions.
- Dealing with various stake holders.
- Managing books of accounts and its reconciliations.
- Independently handling over all operation of Mutual Fund & Draft minutes.
- NAV publication and reporting to SEBON, Documentation and Filing.
