Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Address employee concerns and grievances
  • Maintain employee records and HR databasesEnsure compliance with company policies and labor laws
  • Assist in setting KPIs and performance evaluation processes
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives

Job Specification

Job Location: Birgunj / Kathmandu
Required Education : Master's or Bachelor's (HR specilization) preferred  
Required Work Experience : 4/5 years for Sr. Officer / 8-9 years for Manager level

  • Master's or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Office
  • Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
