Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle employee relations issues and grievance management
Support performance management and appraisal processes
Coordinate training and development programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Manage payroll coordination, leave, and attendance records
Able to quickly adapt to organizational systems, policies, procedures, and work processes.
Ensure that MD and Expat’s support requirements (including travel, accommodation, and office resources) are addressed on top priority of receiving the request.

Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Master's degree in HRM/MBA will be an added advantage.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management, and office administration.
Familiarity with Nepal Labor Act and related employment regulations is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
