HR & Admin Officer

Job Description

  • Lead all site HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
  • Act as the point of contact between corporate HR and site teams.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Oversee site-level admin services including office infrastructure, accommodation, canteen, transportation, and housekeeping.
  • Ensure efficient logistics and travel arrangements for site personnel and visitors.
  • Manage local procurement of admin supplies and liaise with vendors.

Job Specification
