Job Specification

  • Mandatory: Prior experience in a brewery / beer / alcoholic beverage company
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5–10+ years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or alcoholic beverages
  • Strong understanding of Nepal’s alcohol distribution system
  • Proven track record in scaling volumes and managing large territories
  • Solid exposure to trade marketing and brand execution
  • Experience managing distributors and channel conflicts
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
