Head of Marketing & Brand

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Brand to lead our brewery’s brand vision, market positioning, and growth strategy. This leadership role will focus on building a powerful and distinct beer brand in Nepal’s competitive market, covering both mass and premium segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Define and lead the overall brand strategy, positioning, and communication.
  2. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
  3. Drive volume growth, market share, and brand equity across all products.
  4. Manage the product portfolio, including lager, strong, premium, and craft variants.
  5. Oversee packaging, label design, and brand identity to ensure consistent messaging.
  6. Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
  7. Build and manage trade marketing and distribution support programs.
  8. Collaborate closely with sales, production, and leadership teams to align strategies.
  9. Manage marketing agencies, budgets, and ROI.
  10. Lead consumer insights, research, and the innovation pipeline for new products.

Job Specification

Education & Experience:

  1. Prior experience in Brewery Company is mandatory.
  2. 3–5+ years of experience in marketing and brand leadership roles.
  3. Proven track record of building and scaling successful brands.
     

Skills & Competencies:

  1. Strong understanding of the Nepali beer market, including pricing and distribution dynamics.
  2. Experience launching new products and managing diverse portfolios.
  3. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  4. Strong creative instincts with commercial acumen.
  5. Deep understanding of on-trade and off-trade channels.
  6. Ability to create a distinct Nepali brand identity across mass and premium segments.
  7. Hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
