We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing & Brand to lead our brewery’s brand vision, market positioning, and growth strategy. This leadership role will focus on building a powerful and distinct beer brand in Nepal’s competitive market, covering both mass and premium segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall brand strategy, positioning, and communication.
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for new and existing products.
- Drive volume growth, market share, and brand equity across all products.
- Manage the product portfolio, including lager, strong, premium, and craft variants.
- Oversee packaging, label design, and brand identity to ensure consistent messaging.
- Plan and execute ATL, BTL, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Build and manage trade marketing and distribution support programs.
- Collaborate closely with sales, production, and leadership teams to align strategies.
- Manage marketing agencies, budgets, and ROI.
- Lead consumer insights, research, and the innovation pipeline for new products.
