Head of Installation
Job Description
- Oversee full MEP installation (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting).
- Lead and supervise multidisciplinary site teams, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery.
- Review and interpret MEP drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
- Develop and track project schedules, resource allocations, and cost control measures.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in MEP project execution, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience working on commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
