Head of HR

Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the hotel's business goals and brand standards.
  • Oversee recruitment for all hotel departments, ensuring a pipeline of skilled, service-driven professionals.
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and hotel group HR policies.
  • Manage HR systems (HRIS), employee records, and payroll coordination with Finance.
  • Represent the hotel during labor audits, legal reviews, and compliance checks.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s in Human Resources or Hospitality Management.(MBA preffered)
  • 8–12 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role in luxury hospitality.
  • Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and crisis management skills.
