Job Description
- Oversee the firm’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and long-term financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, tax regulations, and industry standards.
- Lead and oversee administrative support functions, including HR, documentation, office management, facilities, and IT systems.
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks to safeguard the firm’s financial and operational interests.
- Strengthen internal control systems to prevent errors, fraud, and inefficiencies.
