Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Receiving Phone calls and forwarding them to concerned authorities.
  • Handling inquiries and providing general information.
  • Accepting applications and forwarding them to the concerned section.
  • Maintenance of the incoming and outgoing document register.
  • Making suitable arrangements for the dispatch of documents as and when provided and maintaining proper records.
  • Assist the counselor with the application process for the students, including proper documentation.
  • Guide students through the required documentation for the visa process and interview preparation.
