Roles and Responsibilities:
- Receiving Phone calls and forwarding them to concerned authorities.
- Handling inquiries and providing general information.
- Accepting applications and forwarding them to the concerned section.
- Maintenance of the incoming and outgoing document register.
- Making suitable arrangements for the dispatch of documents as and when provided and maintaining proper records.
- Assist the counselor with the application process for the students, including proper documentation.
- Guide students through the required documentation for the visa process and interview preparation.
