Primary Responsibilities 

• Handling and reciprocating the phone calls to respective departments.
• Assisting with administrative tasks.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction,
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication,
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution,
• Informing customers with the organizational services and products.
• Follow with the organization's communication procedures, guidelines and policies,
• Reporting to the head of the department.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
• In order to solve client's queries and pending task, CS should be available as per customer requirements “Off hour work”
• Maintain records of visitors, occupancy of meeting room & marketing visits.
• Making calls to potential/existing customers to promote products or services.
• Keeping records of existing customer communication, complaints, feedback of services.
