Job Description
- Drive the financial strategy for the the company’s portfolio aligned with the overall business vision.
- Provide financial models and insights to support pricing, promotions, new product launches, and expansion.
- Establish robust financial controls and reporting mechanisms for all company’s units.
- Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders including auditors, investors (if applicable), and financial institutions.
- Ensure full compliance with local, regional, and global financial regulations.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance team supporting the company.

Job Specification
- 8+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the FMCG or consumer goods sector.
- Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or MBA in Finance from a reputed institution.
