Factory Operation Head
Job Description
- Lead overall dairy plant operations, ensuring smooth production and dispatch.
- Achieve production targets, capacity utilization, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain product quality across milk and value-added dairy products.
- Oversee plant maintenance, utilities, and equipment reliability to minimize downtime.
- Manage inventory, warehouse, cold storage, and production planning.
- Drive cost reduction, yield improvement, and productivity enhancement initiatives.
- Manage cross-functional teams and ensure workforce productivity and development.
- Ensure adherence to EHS, statutory, environmental, and labor regulations.
- Lead internal/external audits and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, quality, and commercial teams to meet business objectives.
