Factory Manager
Job Description
- Plan, coordinate, and control the manufacturing processes to ensure timely production and delivery.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain product consistency.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of production supervisors, machine operators, and support staff.
- Enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Job Specification
- Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology / Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering or related field.(Master's preffered)
