Export Manager
Job Description
- Develop and execute international sales and export strategies.
- Identify new markets, customers, distributors, and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and develop market-entry plans.
- Build and manage international client and distributor relationships.
- Achieve sales, revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and country-wise business plans.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQs, and commercial agreements.
- Manage customer enquiries, orders, complaints, and collections.
- Coordinate export operations, logistics, shipments, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and market requirements.
- Monitor pricing, freight, currency, and overall profitability.
- Develop new products, SKUs, private-label, and customized opportunities.
- Participate in international exhibitions and trade events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in FMCG exports, international sales, or international business.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and international trade practices.
- Experience dealing with overseas distributors/importers and international customers.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, ERP/CRM systems
- Ability to work with multicultural and international team
