Event Manager
Job Description
- Plan and execute corporate, social, conference, and promotional events.
- Develop event concepts, budgets, timelines, and execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues, and service providers.
- Manage event logistics, décor, catering, AV, transportation, and guest arrangements.
- Supervise event staff, contractors, and on-site teams.
- Monitor budgets, expenses, invoices, and vendor payments.
- Conduct site visits and oversee event setup and execution.
- Handle on-site issues and ensure smooth event operations.
- Coordinate event branding, invitations, marketing, and promotions.
- Ensure health, safety, security, and venue requirements are followed.
- Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and event/project management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and event-management tools.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when events require.
