Electrician
Job Description
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and equipment.
- Diagnose electrical faults and perform corrective repairs.
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and circuit diagrams.
- Install and maintain lighting, power distribution systems, and control panels.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Test electrical systems using appropriate tools and measuring instruments.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and local electrical codes.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repair work.
- Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns when required.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams, contractors, and supervisors.

Job Specification
- Diploma/ITI/Technical certification in Electrical Engineering or Electrician Trade.

- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with electrical safety standards and PPE requirements.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in shifts or on-call if required.
