Job Description
- Create and process customer orders in the e-commerce system (website, marketplaces, ERP, etc.)
- Verify order details such as product, quantity, pricing, shipping address, and payment status
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for order fulfillment and dispatch
- Monitor order status and update customers or internal teams when required
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of daily order activities
