Direct Sales Representative
Job Description
- Drive direct sales and distribution of dairy products within assigned areas.
- Visit retailers, outlets, institutions, and potential customers regularly.
- Achieve assigned sales, collection, and distribution targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and retailers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Take orders, ensure timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily sales and market visit reports.

Job Specification
- +2 completed or Bachelor’s degree running preferred
- Prior experience in sales/FMCG/dairy is preferred; freshers with strong sales potential may also apply.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own/regularly use a bike.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Kathmandu Valley.
- Comfortable working in a field-based sales role.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day.
