Handling and reciprocating the phone calls to respective departments
Assisting with administrative tasks
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction,
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication,
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution,
Informing customers with the organizational services and products.
Follow with the organization's communication procedures, guidelines and policies,
Reporting to the head of the department
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
In Order to solving client's queries and pending task, CS should be available as per customer requirements “ Off hour work”
