Job Description of Executive of Communications Department

  • Handling and reciprocating the phone calls to respective departments

  • Assisting with administrative tasks

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction,

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication,

  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution,

  • Informing customers with the organizational services and products.

  • Follow with the organization's communication procedures, guidelines and policies,

  • Reporting to the head of the department

  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.

  • In Order to solving client's queries and pending task, CS should be available as per customer requirements “ Off hour work”
