Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-departure orientation sessions.
• Maintains thorough documentation requirements promptly.
• Demonstrates skills and understanding in providing structure.
• Ability to communicate professionally via telephone, email, and SMS.
• Ability to give honest and precise information based on the student's profile.
• Ability to manage the work environment cooperatively and take direction from management.
• Provide guidance and counseling to students interested in studying in Australia, USA, Canada, Europe & Asia
• Assist students in selecting suitable universities, colleges, and programs based on their academic background and interests.
• Assist students with the application process for universities in Australia, USA, Canada, Europe, & Asia, including proper documentation.
• Guide students through the USA/Canada/Australia/Europe student visa application process, including the required documentation and interview preparation.
• Provide information and assistance to students regarding financial aid options, scholarships, and funding opportunities available for studying.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Competent in using various computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Ability to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing.
• More than 4 years of Experience in abroad study consulting
• In-depth knowledge of international education ( Australia, USA, Canada, Europe & Asia )
• Working knowledge of the education system, admissions process, and visa requirements.
• Knowledge of financial aid options and scholarships available for international students.
