Construction Manager
Job Description
- Develop detailed construction schedules, work plans, and execution strategies.
- Ensure proper installation of beverage industry-specific equipment foundations, utility lines, process rooms, warehouses, and administrative buildings.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, labor laws, and environmental regulations.
- Track project budgets, construction costs, variations, and claims.
- Ensure integration of civil/structural work with beverage plant machinery installation timelines.

Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
