Civil Engineer
Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate civil works including structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Review architectural, structural drawings & specification.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, environmental laws, and health and safety standards.
- Participate in long-term asset planning, preventive maintenance, and renovation schedules.
- Coordinate with internal departments to minimize disruption to hotel operations during project execution.

Job Specification
