Job Description
- Provide leadership across medical, operations, finance, HR, and marketing functions.
- Oversee daily operations of health care centers and satellite clinics to ensure consistent service standards.
- Coordinate effectively among doctors, embryologists, nurses, counselors, and support staff.
- Supervise systems for a seamless patient journey from registration through follow-up.
- Lead HR initiatives including employee engagement, conflict resolution, appraisals, and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including. partnerships with hospitals, doctors, and corporate clients.

Job Specification
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
- 8–15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations; experience in fertility/IVF clinics is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical workflows, and patient care standards.
