Chief Finance Officer
Job Description
- Preparation of financial reports and submission to relevant government entities.
- To conduct regular and random internal audit and risk assessment.
- Mobilizing and managing all personnel in the department to provide effective fiscal support to the company.
- Make necessary arrangements for the compliances of govt. financial rules and regulations.
- Play a key role in fundraising, M&A, and capital restructuring activities.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.

Job Specification
