CCTV Operator
Job Description
- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.
- Observe and identify any suspicious activities, security breaches, theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
- Report security incidents, emergencies, or unusual events to the relevant authorities or management immediately.
- Maintain detailed logs of incidents, observations, and actions taken.
- Review and retrieve recorded footage when required for investigations.
- Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report technical faults promptly.
- Coordinate with security guards and other departments during emergencies or security-related incidents.
- Monitor access control systems and verify security procedures are followed.
- Preserve confidentiality of surveillance information and recordings.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and legal regulations regarding CCTV operations.

Job Specification
