Job Description
- Develop and maintain a strong, consistent brand identity across all channels.
- Manage social media content, campaigns, audience engagement, and performance.
- Coordinate with media houses, creative/advertising agencies, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain and update website content and digital communication platforms.
- Coordinate branding activities, events, exhibitions, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop and manage marketing collaterals and visual communication materials.
- Monitor brand consistency across branches and customer touchpoints.
- Manage branding budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.
- Represent the company at relevant promotional and industry events.
- Support overall marketing, branding, and communication initiatives as required.
Skills
- Good understanding of social media trends algorithms and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the banking, financial services, or insurance sector.
- Experience in social media management, content creation, or branding.
- Proficient in Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Proficient in graphic design tools for posters, greeting cards, banners, and social media creatives.
- Ability to maintain consistent brand identity across all content.
